About

Currently, I’m a Senior UX Designer at BAE Systems.

I lead UX for BATDOK, a mobile health platform used by military medics in the field. I design intuitive, high-stakes tools that support rapid, accurate patient care.

My work spans research, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration to create mission-ready, human-centered experiences.

Previously, I was Director of UX at DIG and a Senior UX designer at Vervint.

What People are Saying

“Zoë's pinpoint focus and detailed organization of the work has been off the charts. She's been an integral part of keeping the team and the client working collaboratively together to navigate uncharted territory. She has put a lot of hard work and deep thought into the work and her efforts are shining through.”

— Azul7, Service Design Lead

“I'm a broken record at this point, but Zoë is phenomenally talented. She consistently delivers incredible work and effort, extending a level of thought above and beyond expectations.”

— CVS, Former Head of Design, International Speaker

“It’s a pleasure working with Zoë, I feel like she understood our exactly what we needed but gave me a lot of room to explain what I was thinking and was open and iterative to changes. She treated it like her own work and went the extra mile with her own personal touch, pushing the design that much further for us. She took our overall concept and helped give it more foundation, clarity, and beautiful credibility worth sharing.”

Companies I’ve Worked With

About Me

Before I knew what UX was, I was already obsessed with how things worked—and more importantly, how they could work better.

At 16, I launched a freelance graphic design practice—creating logos, t-shirt designs, posters, and brand identities for teachers, local businesses, and national competitions. Design gave me a sense of agency and expression early on, and I quickly realized I was more interested in solving problems than just making things look good.

That curiosity eventually led me to user experience. I was hooked—not just by the creativity, but by the systems thinking, psychology, and real-world impact it required. By 19, I landed my first UX role and haven’t looked back since.

Today, I bring over a decade of experience across UX strategy, research, visual design, and systems thinking. What’s stayed constant is my curiosity—about people, behavior, and systems—and my drive to turn that understanding into intuitive, thoughtful experiences that make a real impact.

Outside of work, I’m a Michigan native now living in Colorado, where you’ll often find me exploring mountain trails, climbing boulders, or camping under the stars. I thrive in community—whether that’s participating in local meetups, co-creating with fellow creatives, or learning new skills alongside others.

I’m always evolving, both as a designer and a human, and I bring that same spirit of curiosity, connection, and growth into everything I do.
